-->Loss of Smell? Did you take Zicam? Find out if you have a case Here <--

Is it normal to have a loss of appetite during your menstrual cycle?

I always hear about people having insane food cravings, especially chocolate. I lose my appetite completely–food tastes, smells, textures are especially unpleasant. in fact, usually even thinking about food during my period makes me feel ill. is this normal?

Colon cleaning is the latest technique to shed weight. Boffins have illustrated the fact that not all additional weight is thanks to surplus fat, a load of weight basically stays there in the colon, and all you have to do is rinse it out. http://wagult.freehealthonline.info has a risk free trial on right now, give it a try, you can shed up to twenty pounds!

Way To Worried November 1st, 2009

It’s completely normal. I usually like to eat lots of salt (chips and pickles) before my period. Then when I get my period I hardly eat much. And a lot of the food that I normally like I don’t like it. Menstrual cycles can really mess our appetites up quite a bit. So don’t worry, you are normal. There was nothing ever wrong with you in the first place. However, after my period ends, I love my food. LOL.
And as for feeling ill, that’s normal too. Just make sure you drink lots of fluids to make sure you don’t get dehydrated. If you have diarrhea and you are throwing up, you need to replace your fluids lost.
My ma gets a loss of appetite and gets sick a lot.

Don’t worry, and if it continues to get worse you should go to your doctor or planned parenthood. They can help with your concerns also.
